Our Governance
Yfoundations is registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR).
The Yfoundations Board guides and monitors the business and affairs of Yfoundations on behalf of the members in accordance with our constitution. The Board is elected from the membership at the annual general meeting and is accountable to members.
Our governing policies and procedures are informed by our organisational vision and values, driven by evidence-informed knowledge and approaches, and ensure transparent, consistent and accountable practice.
Our work is possible thanks to the support of government, our members, trusts and foundations, corporate partners and individuals who support us throughout the year.

Our Vision
Yfoundations is the NSW peak body responding to youth homelessness and is one of the few remaining youth homelessness peaks in the country.
Our Vision is that Yfoundations becomes the peak body responding to youth homelessness in Australia.
Yfoundations will continue to be the strong NSW peak body leading change to end youth homelessness in NSW.
